Import your history
Bring your workouts with you. Nuvela reads the CSV export from Hevy or Strong, so your records, progress and next weights build on the training you have already done.

Save it to Files or your downloads, or send it to yourself.
2 · In Nuvela
You see what comes in before anything is saved. Then tap Import.
Menu names in other apps can change with their updates. If yours look different, look for “Export” in that app’s settings.
One Strong export layout doesn’t say whether weights are in kilograms or pounds. When that happens, Nuvela asks you.
No. Nuvela reads the file on your phone. The workouts it brings in are saved like any workout you log: on your phone, and to your Nuvela account when you’re signed in, so they move with you to a new phone.
Workouts that are already in Nuvela are skipped, so importing again only adds what is new. A newer export from the same app works the same way.
The export holds your finished workouts, not your routines or templates, so those stay behind. Your history is what gives Nuvela your records and your next weights.
No. They show in your history and progress, and your records build on them, but badges and milestones count only workouts done in Nuvela.
Yes. Open an imported workout in your history and tap Delete. You can do that for any of them.
